On SearchTalent people show real projects: code, design, video, 3D. A company page puts your team next to them and shows candidates who they'd work with.
A project with a description and a result shows how someone thinks and what they can do. A résumé only says so.
The score looks at how complete the work is and how the community responds to it. It can't be bought.
Specialists mark what they're open to: freelance, a job, an internship. Press “Contact” and write to them directly.

No. You create the page from your usual account and stay a specialist too.
Enter any of your email addresses on the company website's domain on the page, and then the code we send to it. If that doesn't work for you, write to us and we'll check by hand. A new company name or website takes the mark off until you verify again.
Vacancies are on their way. Until then, find people who are open to a job, freelance or an internship, and write to them directly.
